NOTICE TO ALL GRADUANDS
Graduands are to note that Academic Gowns and Order of Proceedings will be available for collection from the Secretary, Postgraduate School; Secretary, Centre for Food Technology and Research (CEFTER); Secretary, Sandwich Unit and Faculty Officers on a first come first served basis, from Monday, 13th February, 2023. The cost of hiring gowns is Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000.00) for the First degrees; Fifteen thousand Naira (N15,000.00) for Masters and Postgraduate Diplomas and Twenty-five thousand (N25,000.00) only for Ph.Ds payable to Benue State University, Makurdi in bank draft obtained from any commercial bank. In addition, the Convocation Gown for PhD graduands will be sold at the rate of Seventy thousand Naira (N70,000.00) only.
All Academic gowns must be returned at the close of the Convocation Ceremonies on or before Tuesday, 21st February, 2023. Late submission shall attract a surcharge of N200.00 for each day of default.
