Leader of the secessionist group, Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kani, on Wednesday told newly sworn in United States President, Joe Biden, to lend his support to their agitation.
The IPOB leader who made the appeal while congratulating Biden and his Vice Kamala Harris via online platform, Twitter, also solicited for other African secession agitators.
“Congratulations to @JoeBiden and @KamalaHarris. As you assume the mantle of leadership of the free world, remember those yearning for freedom in Africa. Best of luck,” he tweeted.
The Radio Biafra boss is known to be a strong Trump supporter, something many believe was born out of his believe that the secessionist Republic of Biafra would be actualized once it has the backing of America.
Trump haven lost, Kanu is now pitching his tent with Biden.
