The apex bank has therefore directed anyone who requires forex to approach their bank, insisting that the I&E window is the only known exchange.
IDOMA VOICE reports that on the black market, the players buy a dollar for N865 and sell for N880 on Friday morning, November 4, 2022, after they bought N845 and sold for N855 on Thursday, November 3, 2022.
