Boko Haram: Insurgents demolish village in Adamawa

Over a dozen houses were on Tuesday June 12, 2018 demolished in Kaya village, near Gulak headquarters of Madagali Local Government Area of Adamawa state.

Hon. Emmanuel Tsandu, The member representing the area who also doubles as the Deputy speaker of Adamawa state house of Assembly (ADHA), confirmed the incidence.

Hon. Tsandu disclosed that the insurgents were repelled by the troop of the Nigerian army.

According to him the soldiers killed one member of Boko Haram.

One of the vigilante men was injured by the insurgents but immediately rushed to the federal medical centre Yola for proper medical attention.

“We thank God no life was lost.” He added.
