Brazilian singer Darlyn Morais dies after being bitten by a spider

Darlyn Morais, a popular Brazilian singer, has died due to complications from a spider bite.

Morais became ill after being bitten by a spider on October 31, at his home in the northeastern city of Miranorte.

Furthermore, Morais’s 18-year-old stepdaughter, who suffered a spider bite as well, is currently receiving medical care in a hospital.

Thankfully, the stepdaughter’s condition is reported to be stable.

Jhullyenny Lisboa, Morais’s wife, shared details of the ordeal with Brazilian news outlet G1. She noted that Morais’s health began deteriorating following the spider bite. He experienced symptoms of fatigue and observed a concerning change in the bruise’s color on his face.

“He felt weakness in his body and his face started to darken on the same day.

“Morais developed allergic reactions later during the week and visited a hospital in Miranorte, where he was treated and discharged Friday,” she said.
