No fewer than 40 persons have been killed in a fresh attack on Odugbeho on Agatu Local Government Area of Benue State.
Idoma Voice gathred that the attackers stormed the village around 4pm on Sunday and starting matcheting people.

Confirming the attack, the Senator Representing Benue South Senatorial District, Comrade Abba Moro, said over 40 persons were killed by the attackers.
He said, “I’m deeply saddened by the attack on Odugbeho community in Agatu LGA on Sunday, which claimed over 40 lives of my constituents. This is highly condemnable and very unacceptable.
“For how long will this canarge continue unabated in Benue South? Enough should be enough!”
