BREAKING: Abba Moro defeats Steve Lawani in court again

The tribunal on Monday dismissed the application filed by Chief Lawani seeking to call more witnesses and file additional witness statement.

With the trend of victories Senator Abba Moro has been accumulating since the PDP primaries, he would have gotten up 100 judgements in his favour before his opponent’s eyes become opened.
It would be recalled that Abba Moro won 100 out of the 102 Council Wards in Benue South leaving Chief Stephen Lawani with only two wards.

With this ruling, the coast is now clear for hearing of the substantive case to commence on 15th July, 2019.
