The All Progressives Congress has lost another ward chairman in Benue State.
IDOMA VOICE gathered that the party’s ward chairman in Okpokwu, Sunday Idoko, died on Tuesday after a brief illness.
A close family source said Lanto died Tuesday morning after a brief illness at Saint Mary’s hospital Okpoga.
Lamto’s death came barely 48 hours after the party lost one of its ward chairmen, Tersoo Ahu in Gboko South after the ongoing registration and revalidation exercise turned bloody.
IDOMA VOICE learnt that the remains of Lamto have been deposited at the mortuary.
