The Abuja Court of Appeal has ruled the Zamfara State Governorship Election inconclusive, directing a re-run in three Local Government Areas – Maradun, Birnin-Magaji, and Bukyun.
The court emphasized the Election Petitions Tribunal’s oversight of evidence presented by the appellants (All Progressives Congress), while dismissing results from Maradun Local Government provided by both APC and INEC.
