BREAKING: Army arrests Boko Haram affiliate, ISIS commander, Abu Omar

Mohammed Mailed Mohammed, alias ‘Abu Omar’, the commander of the international terrorist organization, Islamic State In Syria (ISIS), has been arrested in Ubari, South Libya by the Libyan National Army

The Libya Review reported the development on Sunday as a major win against the war on terror.

ISIS has branches/affiliates all over the middle east and Africa.
The Islamic State in West Africa Province (ISWAP), a faction of Boko Haram is known as a strong affiliate of ISIS.

ISWAP is growing in power and influence according to the Geneva Centre for Security Sector Governance (DCAF).
