BREAKING: Benue PDP Primaries: Abounu loses first seven LGAs to Titus Uba

All seems not to be well for Idoma people’s candidate, Benson Abounu in the ongoing governorship primaries of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Makurdi, the Benue State capital, IDOMA VOICE can report.

The party stakeholders in Benue South settled for Abounu, who is the current deputy governor as their consensus candidate.

At the ongoing primaries, out of the seven LGAs so far counted, Uba is leading Abounu with a wide margin.
Surprisingly, Abounu scored no votes in Obi and Apa, which are parts of Benue South.
