Buhari appoints Idoma man, Riku Morgan Chief of Defence Intelligence

Following his sack of the nation’s service chiefs on Monday, President Mohammadu Buhari few hours later replaced them with new ones and they include:

Major-General Abayomi Gabriel Olonishakin – Chief of Defence Staff;
Major-General T.Y. Buratai – Chief of Army Staff
Rear Admiral Ibok-Ete Ekwe Ibas – Chief of Naval Staff
Air Vice Marshal Sadique Abubakar – Chief of Air Staff
Air Vice Marshal Monday Riku Morgan – Chief of Defence Intelligence
Major-General Babagana Monguno (rtd.) – National Security Adviser

 Morgan is a native of Idoma in Benue State, he was until his elevation Commander, Logistics Command, Nigerian Air Force, Ikeja.
