A Federal High Court in Abuja granted bail at N500million to former Imo State Governor, Senator Rochas Okorocha.
Justice Inyang Ekwo, in a ruling on Tuesday, rejected the object of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to Okorocha’s bail application.
Justice Ekwo ordered Okorocha to provide a surety, who will sign and of the same amount.
Trial is to commence on November 7.
