An Abuja Federal High Court has sacked former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara.
Dogara represents Bogoro/Dass Federal constituency of Bauchi State in the House of Representatives.
Justice D.U. Okorowo, in his verdict declared Dogara’s seat vacant for defecting from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress, APC.
The judge said Dogara’s defection was wrong and meant he should vacate the legislative seat.
