The Election Petition Tribunal siting in Makurdi has dismissed a case filled before it by Comrade Dan Onjeh, seeking the dissolution of fifth term of former senate President, David Mark.
Justice Mosumola Dipeolu in her verdict on Tuesday said Onjeh’s case could not hold waters.
