BREAKING: Court upholds Sanwo-Olu’s election in Lagos

The Court of Appeal in Lagos has dismissed the lawsuit filed by Abdul Adediran, the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), against the election of Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

The three-member panel, led by Yargata Nimpar, delivered a unanimous decision on Wednesday, rejecting the grounds of appeal presented by Adediran, popularly known as Jandor.

This decision affirmed the judgment of the tribunal, which upheld Sanwo-Olu’s victory as the duly elected governor of Lagos in the March 11 election.
