BREAKING: Covid-19: Chief of Staff to Buhari, Abba Kyari is Dead

The Chief of Staff to President Muhammad Buhari, Abba Kyari is dead, he died on Friday 17th April, 2020.

In a statement signed by the special adviser to the President on Media and Publicity Mr. Femi Adesina noted that he died as a result of the Global Pandemic which he tested positive about a month ago.

Adesina noted that details of his burial arrangement will be communicated soon.

STATE HOUSE PRESS RELEASE

CHIEF OF STAFF TO PRESIDENT, ABBA KYARI, PASSES ON

The Presidency regrets to announce the passage of the Chief of Staff to the President, Mallam Abba Kyari.

The deceased had tested positive to the ravaging COVID-19, and had been receiving treatment. But he died on Friday, April 17, 2020.

May God accept his soul.

Funeral arrangements will be announced shortly.
