Justice John Tsoho of the federal High Court Abuja grant a perpetual order restraining the Nigerian police from further prosecution of Dr Dickson Akoh and Peace Corps of Nigeria in the 13 count criminal charges brought against Akoh, and Peace Corps of Nigeria.
This order according to him shall remain sacrosanct until all the initial judgements won against the Nigeria police and all the parties in the suit are totally obeyed.

Confirming the development, Stepehe Alechenu, Nat Deputy Spokesman of the PCN described the verdict as justice for democracy.
