Dollar crashes to all-time low against Naira in six months

The Nigerian currency continues to show strength against the US Dollar and other currencies in the foreign exchange market.

IDOMA VOICE observed the Dollar to Naira rate at N1240 per dollar in the parallel market.

This newspaper notes that this is the first time the dollar has reached such a low rate against the naira in six months.

Recall that last month, the naira crashed to about N1900 per dollar in the foreign market.

However, the intervention of the federal government has further strengthened the naira against other currencies.
