A hit-and-run driver on New Year Day crushed a mentally unstable woman to death along the Otukpo-Enugu road.
The driver, after hitting the woman fled for fear of being lynched by angry mob and left the woman in the pool of her blood.
A photo of the lifeless body of the woman sighted by IDOMA VOICE showed that the woman’s head was grinded.
Our reporter is yet to ascertain the identity of the woman and her family.
Meanwhile, her remains are still lying along the federal road around the Total fuel station at the time of this report.
