BREAKING: DSS releases sacked Ganduje’ aide, Salihu Yakasai

The Department of State Security Service (DSS) has reportedly released Salihu Tanko-Yakasai, a former spokesman to the Kano state governor, Abdullahi Ganduje.

PoliticsNigeria reports that, Yakasai’s release was confirmed by his elder brother, Umar Yakasai.

He disclosed that his brother is currently on the way home.

IDOMA VOICE recalls that Yakasai, was arrested by the Department of State Services in Kano on Friday shortly before his sack by Governor Ganduje.

He was arrested after he called on President Muhammadu Buhari to address the activities of bandits in the country or resign.
