BREAKING: Duoye Diri sworn in for second term as Bayelsa Governor

The re-elected Governor of Bayelsa State, Gov. Duoye Diri, has been sworn in for his second term in office following his victory on November 11th.

Among the distinguished guests at the ceremony were the APC National Chairman, Abdullahi Ganduje, former Presidents Olusegun Obasanjo and Goodluck Jonathan, along with his wife, Patience Jonathan, among others.

Yenagoa, the state’s capital, was adorned with thousands of elegantly dressed citizens who gathered to express their gratitude to God for the governor’s re-election victory in the November 11, 2023, election.
