Former Governor of Imo State, Ikedi Ohakim escaped death as gunmen attacked his convoy and killed four of his police orderlies at Oriagu in the Ehime Mbano Local Government Area of the state on Monday, January 02, 2023.
Information available indicates that Ohakim with his two children escaped while his backup vehicle was bombed, which subsequently led to the death of the four policemen in his convoy.
