Suspected Fulani herdsmen have reportedly killed at least 26 farmers in Tor-Damisa village of Donga Local Government Council.
Tor-Damisa is dominated by Tiv-speaking people of Benue State.
IDOMA VOICE gathered that over 100 houses were burnt down by the attackers.
It was gathered that most of the victims were women and children.
The village head of the community, Zaki Ugondo Uma, who confirmed the attack, said they have so far recovered 26 corpses.
At the moment, Tor-Damisa is now a ghost town as residents of the community have fled to neoughboring villages and local governments.
