Appointment of Interim Management Committee for Lobi Stars FC, Makurdi

The Governor of Benue State, His Excellency Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Iormen Alia, has approved the appointment of an Interim Management Committee for Lobi Stars Football Club of Makurdi.
This interim team is to take charge of the club’s affairs pending the completion of a comprehensive restructuring process aimed at repositioning Lobi Stars for greater success.
The appointed members are as follows:

Harry Yachi – Technical Director

Terzungwe Chugh – Admin/Board Secretary (Ministry of Sports)

Barr. Owocho Adejoh Ogiri – Member
The Governor has directed the Interim Management Committee to immediately register the club for the 2025/2026 Nigeria National League (NNL) football season.
Governor Alia cautioned against any form of distraction and urged all members of the committee to work harmoniously towards the revival and successful return of Lobi Stars FC to top-flight football.
