BREAKING: Gov Ortom confirms second COVID-19 case in Benue, reveals details of patient

 

The Benue State Government has confirmed the second case of coronavirus in Benue State.

Gov Samuel Ortom announces this on Tuesday.

“The patient’s name is Edward Manger who is a personnel of NDLEA serving in Kano and recently returned to Makurdi 7 days ago. Anyone who has made contact with the victim should come out for isolation and quarantine,” the governor said.

Meanwhile, the index case, Susan Okpe is yet to recover after 43 in isolation centre.
