Gunmen attack mourners at wake-keep, kill many in Benue

Report reaching IDOMA VOICE newsdesk has it that unknown gunmen in the early hours of Saturday attacked

Mbayatyo Mbater council Ward of Logo Local Government Area in Benue State, killing many residents.

It was gathered that the armed men attacked mourners during the wake-keep of one Mama Sule Achin Adingi.

The community, Achin Adigi is about 5 kilometers after Tse-Asom heading to Tse-Gbankan and Mbamar axis through Ukum Local Government Area in Benue State.

According to a citizen journalist, Jini Jack, “all calls to rescue those that are still breathing are proving abortive, if anyone by this notice can inform the police to rush with ambulance to serve the lives of those who are still breathing with bullets wounds will be appreciated, Treat and ack as Urgent please.”
