IDOMA VOICE reports that the presidential candidate of Labour Party, Peter Obi, has distanced himself from his purported manifesto making the rounds online.
A manifesto believed to be Obi’s has made its way into the public space, with criticisms welcoming it.
However, Obi it was a draft of the manifesto and the certified copy would be released in due course.
He called on the general public to disregard the one making the rounds online.
He tweeted: “We have not formally released our Manifesto. I will do so personally. It seems an earlier draft copy under review has made its way into the public space. Until I release the approved and final draft, please disregard what is being circulated. -PO.”
