The Supreme Court has scheduled May 26 as the date for delivering its judgment in a case brought by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) seeking the disqualification of President-elect Bola Tinubu and Vice President-elect Kassim Shettima.
Furthermore, the party has requested the court to overturn the ruling of the Court of Appeal, presided over by Justice James Abundaga, which stated that the PDP failed to demonstrate its legal standing
