BREAKING: Kidnappers reportedly abduct school proprietor’s daughter in Benue, demand N5m ransom

Several social media reports indicate that a lady said to be a daughter of a local school proprietor in Ugbokolo, Okpokwu Local Government Area of Benue, has been kidnapped.

IDOMA VOICE gathered that the incident reportedly happened on Thursday.

The father of the victim is said to be the Proprietor of St Joseph College Ichakwu, Ugbokolo.

According to a social media influencer, Apeh Peterhot, the abductors have demanded a N5 million ransom.

The report however did not state whether the family and the kidnappers have reached an agreement as to the release of the abductee.

As at the time of filing this report, the Benue state police command was yet to comment on the matter.
