BREAKING: Mile 12 in Lagos boils

Gengere, Mile 12 in Kosofe Local Government Area of Lagos State was on Wednesday on fire following a fight between some hoodlums in the area.

In a video shared by a Nigerian comedian and movie star, Ayodeji Richard Makun popularly known as A.Y. on his verified Facebook page, residents were seen fleeing for their lives.

When contacted, the Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, CAP Muyiwa Adejobi said normalcy has been restored in the area.

According to him, the command will issue a statement containing details of the incidents shortly.

He said, “normalcy has been restored to Gengere, Mile 12 area of Lagos State following a fight that broke out among some hoodlums in the area. The command will give details soon”.
