According to a BBC reporter, The judge, Binta Nyako, have adjourned Nnamdi Kanu’s trial to October 21st 2021.
However, Nnamdi Kanu was rearrested and brought back to Nigeria in June.
Apparently, The case was adjourned due to Nnamdi Kanu was not present, the judge however said she will not state the trial in the absence of Nnamdi Kanu.
Justice Nyako also called the DSS to produce the IPOB leader in court for trial.
The court adjourned to October 21, 2021, for continuation of hearing.
