BREAKING: Nollywood actress Nkechi Nweje reportedly dies after illness

Renowned Nollywood actress, Nkechi Nweje, has reportedly passed away, leaving the entertainment industry in mourning.

IDOMA VOICE gathered that colleagues and friends of the late actress have taken to social media to express their grief over her demise.

Veteran actress Rita Edochie shared a solemn tribute on Instagram, posting an image of a candlelight against a dark background with the caption: “This world is really not our home.”

Buchi Dortmund wrote: “Today, my heart is heavy with sorrow as I say goodbye to my dear sister. Words cannot capture the depth of this pain, nor can they fully express the love I have for her. Rest in peace, Ezigbo Mrs. Nkechi Nweje.”

Asa Ikuku shared: “Rest in peace, Mummy Nkwechi Nweje TV (Nwanyi Onitsha). You were a blessing to us, but God knows best. We will miss you dearly, great Nollywood actress. Rest on, legend.”
