BREAKING: Willie Obiano arrested by EFCC at Lagos airport

Immediate past governor of Anambra State, Willie Obiano had been arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.

Obaino was picked up on Thursday at the Murtala Muhammad International Airport Lagos.

Obiano, who has been on the Commission’s watchlist, was arrested at about 8.30pm, Channels TV reports.

He was reportedly on his way out of the country.
