BREAKING: Okadas protest fuel hike, block roads in Otukpo

Commercial motorcyclists, better known as Okada riders, on Monday, November 23rd, 2020 protested the increase in the pump price of PMS in Otukpo.

The Okada members with the leadership of their union expressed great dissatisfaction with the way and manner the Buhari-led administration is treating her citizens.

Adakole, the union secretary in a brief Chat with IDOMA VOICE said “with the wanton increase in fuel price in the country now, “we won’t have any option but to increase our service rates too.”

“We intend to restrict all our members from working this week so that everyone without a private vehicle can feel and see that the government is not concerned about their welfare,” he said.
