BREAKING: One shot, Rev Father’s servant kidnapped in Aho Owukpa

Reverend father’s servant has been kidnapped in Aho, a community in Owukpa, Ogbadibo LGA of Benue State by the invaders.

IDOMA VOICE gathered that the gunmen stormed the residence of the Rev Father in charge of St. Mary Immaculate Church, Aho but did not see him at home.

The female servant who was the only person around was whisked away by the gunmen who were armed with sophisticated weapons and escaped through Efikeri forest while shooting sporadically. 

 A stray bullet hit one Don Sammy who has been taken to the hospital. 

The source added that, “They are demanding the sum of money  that was given by the bishop for the church project.”

“This guy (Sammy) recently relocated to the village to take care of his dad and family after he lost his mom and step mom only to meet this pain because of insecurity,” the source lamented.

At the moment, military men are currently combing the forest in Owukpa with a view to rescuing the victim.
