BREAKING: Ortom, Abounu on their way to Ugboju

Reports reaching IDOMA VOICE from the ancient city of Otukpo have it that Benue State governor, Samuel Ortom and his deputy, Engr. Benson Abounu anre currently on their way to Ugboju.

IDOMA VOICE reports that eight persons, including a Maj Lawrence Ugbo were killed after crisis ensued between two political rivals in the community.

The bloody incident reportedly erupted between two brothers identified as Ijachi and Benjamin Ejeh Udeh both born of the same mother in Ugboju Ehaje.
Ortom and his deputy are expected meet with leaders of the warring communities in order to find a lasting solution to the menace.
IDOMA VOICE could not confirm if runaway lawmaker is among the governor’s entourage.
