Benue State governor, Samuel Ortom, has fired the Benue State Internal Revenue Service, BIRS, Mimi Orubibi.
IDOMA VOICE gathered that Orubibi was asked to take the exit door with immediate effect and handover to the most senior officer..
This development came barely a month after our report that Mrs. Adzape-Orubibi has refused to step aside having declared for Benue zone senatorial race.
More to come.
