Those who met waterloo alongsude Tion were identified as Christopher Tyoakaa, Francis Chia and Hon.Torto.

Tion who is contesting to represent Gwer East/Gwer West federal constituency was reportedly arrested with others when they snatched election material and were doing thumb printing in Sengev Council Ward of Gwer West local government.
