The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal has given it’s verdict on a suit before it by Peter Obi of the Labour Party on the outcome 2023 presidential election.
Obi has challenged election of Tinubu for failing to secure 25% vote in Abuja.
The Tribunal ruled that it has no jurisdiction to hear the case.
