The Court of Appeal has thrown out the appeal brought before it by Aida Nath Ogwuche against the election of Philip Agbese in the last election in Ado, Okpokwu and Ogbadibo Federal Constituency.
IDOMA VOCIE recalls that the lower court had upheld the election of Agbese into the Green Chamber but Aida, who was not satisficed with the verdict, approached the appellate court, asking the court to nullify Agbese’s election.
