BREAKING: Police rescue UNIAbuja lecturers, family members

The Federal Capital Territory Police Command has rescued the four lecturers and their family members abducted by gunmen on Tuesday morning from their University of Abuja staff quarters residence.

It also arrested their suspected abductors.

The Command’s Public Relations officer, DSP Josephine Adeh confirmed to reporters.

She said: “The Fct Police Command wishes to inform members of the public that all abducted victims of the university of Abuja were rescued and reunited with their families through a joint operation with other security agencies”.
