Policemen on Friday clamp down on Nigerian youths protesting against the Special Anti-Robbery Squad, SARS, in Abuja.
The officers teargassed peaceful protesters across the Federal Capital territory, FCT in a bid to disperse them.
Videos showed the police officers armed with guns and teargas canisters pursuing the protesters while shooting the tear gas at them.
Nigeria, this week has witnessed intense protest against SARS operatives.
They protest was due to the alleged illegal activities of SARS operatives, accused of killing, harassment, and extortion of innocent Nigerians.
