Corporal Liyomo Okon, a police officer who was captured in a viral video flogging a civilian with a cutlass has been dismissed.
CPL Okon, with Force Number, 524503 attached to Ekori Divisional Police Headquarters, Cross River State, was captured in a video that went viral on 31 July 2022, where he was flogging a civilian with a cutlass.
The policeman was de-kitted and dismissed on Monday.
