Popular Benue businessman kidnapped in Okpokwu

A young Benue businessman identified as Okoh, has been kidnapped by unknown gunmen.

Okoh, who is a popular meat seller in Ichama Centre, Okpokwu LGA of Benue State was kidnapped by men of the underworld on Friday Odokpo, a neighboring village of Ichama community.

A source told IDOMA VOICE that the young man was waylaid on his way from Fulani settlement to buy a cow.

At the time of this report, the kidnappers have not made any contact with the family nor demanded for ransom.

The development has thrown the community palpable fear.
