Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi has inaugurated an 11-member panel of inquiry to probe the management of the Nigerian Ports Authority, NPA, led by Hadiza Bala Usman.
The panel is headed by Suleiman Auwal, who is also the Director, Maritime Services in the ministry.
The inauguration is in compliance with a presidential directive to among other things, examine and investigate the procurement of contracts from 2016 till date, at the authority
