BREAKING: Reps begin consideration of electoral bill report

The House of Representatives has begun consideration of the report by its Committee on Electoral Matters on the Electoral Act 2010 (Amendment) Bill.

The committee had laid the report earlier on Wednesday.

The Chairman of the committee, Aishatu Dukku, noted that apart from the proposed amendments to the Act, the panel also discovered some errors in the existing law which had been corrected.
