Armed robbers on Tuesday attacked some commercial banks in Ankpa, Kogi State.
IDOMA TV reports that the heavily armed men stormed the banks around 3pm on Tuesday and operated for hours without security personnel in sight to confront them.
Among the top banks hit by the gunmen were Zenith Bank and First Bank.
At the moment, IDOMA VOICE could not ascertain if any life was lost in the attack.
However, video clips obtained by this reporter showed that the robber blew off the security doors of the commercial banks before gaining access to the banks.
