Abdulrasheed Bawa has been confirmed as as the substantive Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission ( EFCC).
Bawa was confirmed by the Senate on Wednesday after a question and answer session that lasted two hours.
The new anti-graft was asked questions from over 14 Senators at the Hallowed Chamber.
Bawa was ushered into the hallowed Chamber 11. 45am by the Senior Special Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari, Senator Babajide Omoworare, rounded off the screening at 1. 55 pm
The confirmed EFCC boss has however assured that he will discharge his duties without fear or favour and would lead by example.
