The National Assembly, composed of the Senate and the House of Representatives, has successfully passed the long-awaited student loan bill. After undergoing first, second, and third readings in both chambers of parliament, the bill was officially enacted into law on Wednesday.
The Senate’s decision to pass the bill came after thorough deliberation on the committee’s report concerning tertiary institutions and TETFUND.
